"a": "Yes. You can transfer hours to siblings or other family members, free of charge."

"a": "Yes. If a year or more has passed since you bought your hours and you haven't used them, you can request a refund for the unused hours."

"a": "Bundles are paid in full. If a larger plan doesn't suit your budget, you can start with a smaller plan, though the hourly rate will be a little higher."
